IPPT FCC Locations Singapore 2026: Full Address & Booking Guide
Choosing the right location for your IPPT can actually impact your performance. Factors like track surface, wind exposure, and even the crowd levels at different Fitness Conditioning Centres (FCCs) play a role.
This guide provides the full list of IPPT locations in Singapore for 2026, with details on what to expect at each venue.
The Main FCC Locations
1. Maju FCC (West)
- Address: 550 Maju Camp, Jalan Jurong Kechil
- Track: 400m outdoor track
- Reputation: One of the most popular west-side locations. Can be windy due to the open terrain. Indoor areas for push-ups and sit-ups are well-ventilated.
2. Khatib FCC (North)
- Address: 21 Sembawang Road, Khatib Camp
- Track: 400m outdoor track
- Reputation: Known for being very well-organised. The track is standard and usually in good condition. Easily accessible from Khatib MRT.
3. Bedok FCC (East)
- Address: 550 Bedok North Ave 4, Bedok Camp
- Track: 400m outdoor track
- Reputation: The primary choice for east-siders. The track is relatively sheltered from strong winds compared to Maju.
4. Kranji FCC (North-West)
- Address: 60 Kranji Way, Kranji Camp
- Track: 400m outdoor track
- Reputation: Often less crowded than Maju or Khatib. Good if you prefer a quieter environment for your test.
SAFRA IPPT Locations
In addition to the military camps, many NSmen can take their IPPT at selected SAFRA clubhouses. These are often more convenient for those living in heartland areas.
- SAFRA Jurong
- SAFRA Punggol
- SAFRA Tampines
- SAFRA Toa Payoh
Note: Booking availability at SAFRA locations can be tighter than FCCs. Check the NS Portal for the latest schedules.
Home Team IPPT Locations (SPF & SCDF)
Police and Civil Defence officers typically take their IPPT at dedicated Home Team academies and centres:
- Home Team Academy (HTA): 501 Old Choa Chu Kang Road
- Home Team NS (Selected locations): Check your service's portal for current authorized venues.
What to Bring to Your IPPT
- NRIC or 11B: Essential for registration. No ID = no test.
- Proper Sports Attire: Running shoes, shorts, and a T-shirt. Uniformed attire is not required unless specified by your unit.
- Water Bottle: Hydration is critical. All FCCs have water coolers, but having your own bottle is more efficient.
- Singpass App: Many centres now use digital check-in.
Arriving at the Venue
Arrive at least 30 minutes early. You need time for registration, temperature taking (if applicable), and a proper self-warm-up before the official test sequence starts. If you rush, your heart rate will be elevated before you even start the push-ups.
FAQ
Can I take my IPPT at any FCC?
Generally, yes. Most NSmen can book a slot at any of the SAF FCCs regardless of where they live. Some unit-specific tests may require you to go to a particular location.
Are all IPPT tracks 400m?
Almost all official FCCs use a standard 400m track (6 laps for 2.4km). Some indoor or alternative venues might use different configurations — the testers will brief you on the lap count.
What are the opening hours for FCCs?
Standard test sessions are usually in the early morning (7:30am) or late afternoon (4:30pm/5:00pm) to avoid the worst of the midday heat. Check your booking confirmation for exact timings.
Is there parking at the FCCs?
Most camps have limited visitor parking. It is often safer to take public transport or use a ride-sharing service to ensure you aren't late due to parking issues.
